*Green Cap: In order to promote environmental stewardship PrimeLife includes a Green Cap to encourage tenants to be responsible users of energy. The Green Cap is a monthly electricity allotment. If the tenants go over the cap they must pay the difference.

PrimeLife is a bill-pay program specifically designed to simplify the life of Prime Place residents. PrimeLife takes all of your major bills and bundles them together for one set price.
The benefits include:

No more writing checks for Rent, Cable, Internet, Electricity*, Water and Trash. With PrimeLife it is all in one automatic withdrawal on the first of the month.

Easy Budgeting

Never be surprised by a bill; you will always know how much money you need to have in your account.

Big Savings

Prime Place purchases Cable and Internet from Cox Communications in such large quantities that we receive these services at a discounted price. We are then able to pass the savings on to you! With PrimeLife, you only pay $80/month for Cox Essentials TV (120 Channels) and Preferred Internet (22mbps). If you were to purchase these services directly from Cox on your own, the cost would be $113/month. Thats a savings of $33/month and nearly $400 a year! Of course if you want to upgrade to more channels or even faster internet, you can. Cox will simply charge you an upgrade fee.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is our Pet Policy?

We accept all pets. There is no size or number limit. Pet rent is $30 per month,
no matter how many pets you have. And there is no pet deposit!

How do you make an Apartment yours?

Sign the lease. Pay the security deposit (same as one month's rent). Provide us with your bank account number to set up the monthly automatic withdrawal (ACH) for your rent.

Do you need to fill out an application?

No. We do not have applications, credit checks, or background checks.

When is rent due?

Rent will automatically come out of your bank account via ACH on the first day of the month.

Is PrimeLife available at Collegiate Villa?

No. PrimeLife is part of the rent at Moro, Vattier, and Bluemont. It is not currently available at Collegiate Villa. Cable and internet is included in the rent at Collegiate Villa.
